Commission Info

General Rules/INFO

-All payments will be done upfront
-I will give you a specific invoice for your order
-I reserve the right to refuse your commission if I feel unsuitable to complete it and/or you have proved to be disrespectful/troublesome in any ways
-Please have REFERENCES of your character/subject matter. I WILL NOT BE DESIGNING your character for you if you do not have a proper reference of your character that exists.
-Please allow me 1-3 months to finish your commission (from payment). KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A ROUGH ESTIMATE.
-If there is a deadline, please let me know in the form, rush fees may apply for faster turnaround times
-Feel free to check on progress, but DO NOT SPAM. I will update every 2 weeks depending on traveling schedule
-I will only give you a full refund if I have not started on your commission yet (however please be considerate of me and my time). Other than that, I do not accept refunds, please think before you commission.

Terms of Service TOS

-Personal-use commissions can only be used as icons/avatars for social medias, printed for personal usage, posted on websites (as long credit is given), wallpapers, and headers. Never claim my artwork as your own and do not print it on merchandise clients intend to sell, distribute, or mass-produce.
-I own the work I produce. I am allowed to do what I want with the work (posting it on social media, portfolios, produce merch of, etc). I am allowed to sell commissioned fanarts as merchandise (since they aren't original to the client).
-Clients may not edit the artwork without permission from the artist. This includes removing the watermark, coloring the sketch, painting over it, etc. Reselling or minting artworks as NFT is not authorized in any circumstances.
--ALL THE WORK I DO IS IN HOUSE. I DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH AI OR USE AI. Use of my artwork, to train AI is not allowed and will result in an instant blacklist. You may not modify, distribute, post the piece to any blockchain related network, or claim my artwork as your own. You and/or your partner(s) may NOT use this work for anything AI training related. Please respect us artists and small businesses.

FINAL WORD

By commissioning me, it means that you have read and accepted all the terms above. You are agreeing to the policy of using the art for personal and or potential commercial commissions
